Casin dei Spiriti is a Venetian building that has been through three centuries. Once encompassing a naval workshop, a carpentry workshop and a vocational school, this space was recently restored and beautifully designed to welcome visitors in five modern and comfortable appartments. After two years and a half of work, the site was brought to its former glory reinterpreted and can now welcome up to 26 people at once.

Immersed in the typical sestiere of Cannaregio, (a very calm area totally unknown to the tourists- yet), Casin dei spiriti is really easy to reach from the Airport, train station, and bus station. You'll be at a walking distance from the famous Strada Nuova which links the train station, Rialto Bridge and San Mark's Square. It's also an ideal location to reach the beautiful islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.

You'll be able to enjoy quiet moments of peace immersed in art and water, alongside an art gallery which regularly offers delightful exhibitions.
